Using our site

  • By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our linked policies.
  • You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment details.
  • Perishable products are for personal use unless we agree otherwise.

Accounts

  • You may create an account to save your details and join our loyalty programme. One account per person.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or remain inactive for an extended period.

Orders

  • Orders are offers to purchase; we may decline or cancel (e.g., stock limits, payment issues).
  • We'll confirm when an order is accepted. If we cancel after payment, we'll refund you.
  • Changes/cancellations are only possible before we start preparing the order; contact us quickly.

Pricing & payment

  • Prices are in AUD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is processed securely; your card is charged when you place the order.
  • We try to avoid errors; if a price/listing error occurs, we may cancel and refund.

Loyalty programme

  • Registered customers earn loyalty points on eligible orders (currently 1.5 points per $1 AUD spent, excluding shipping and reward items). Earning rates may change.
  • Points can be redeemed for rewards as listed on our site. Available rewards and their point costs may be updated at any time.
  • Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. Points are forfeited if your account is closed.
  • We reserve the right to correct points balances due to errors, modify the programme terms, or discontinue the programme with reasonable notice.

Consumer guarantees (ACL)

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Where permitted, our liability is limited to replacement or refund of the affected goods.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass security, or engage in fraud.
  • Provide truthful information and respect others' rights.

Changes

  • We may update these Terms or linked policies from time to time.
  • Material changes will apply prospectively from the effective date.

Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes are subject to that jurisdiction.
