Orders
As our cookies are baked fresh to order, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Please also note that we're unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout
- Delivery was attempted multiple times and the order was not collected, resulting in the parcel being returned to us
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us so we can help. To assess your claim:
- A clear photo of the issue is required
- Items must be uneaten, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging
- Without a photo, we're unable to assess or process the claim
To complete a return request, please include your order number and photo evidence.

Cancellations & Modifications
We understand that plans can change, and we're happy to help where possible.
Orders can be cancelled or modified for a full refund before baking begins.
Once baking has started, we're unable to make changes or cancellations.
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
