Reviews & UGC Policy

Guidelines for submitting customer reviews and photos to help keep feedback trustworthy and respectful.

What we accept

  • Honest, first-hand experiences with the product (taste, freshness, packaging, delivery).
  • Optional photos you took; no stock images or AI art.
  • One review per order.

Verification

  • We may mark reviews as Verified Purchase when we can match them to a recent order.
  • Unverified reviews may be held for moderation before publishing.

Moderation

  • Reviews are moderated for spam and inappropriate content.
  • We may edit or remove submissions that violate these guidelines.
  • We do not remove reviews solely because they are negative, provided they follow these guidelines.

Not allowed

  • Hate speech, harassment, or personal attacks.
  • Spam, promotions, links, coupon codes, or competitor content.
  • Infringing content (copyright, trademarks) or others' personal data (faces of minors, license plates, addresses).
  • Incentivized or fake reviews, including from employees or competitors.

Photos

  • Use clear, truthful photos of the product you received.
  • No graphic, violent, or inappropriate imagery.
  • We may resize or compress uploads for performance and safety.

Privacy

  • We collect email/phone only to verify your review or contact you about it; we do not display them publicly.
  • We retain review-related personal information only as long as needed for verification, moderation, and record-keeping, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Rights you grant us

  • By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your review and photos on our site, social media, email marketing, and other promotional materials.
  • You confirm you own the rights to the content you submit.
